A lot of people think that having the ability to make your own schedule is fantastic because they may see that I'm out and about and not tied to the office. However, in reality I'm usually still working from my iPhone or laptop no matter where I may be (i.e. taking calls, sending emails & texts). I also do a lot of work while people are at home relaxing and/or sleeping, whether I'm at the office until 11:00pm in the evening or on my laptop at home at 4:00am in the morning. I'm not complaining by any means because I wouldn't change it for anything. Some people say that they'd like to have my job but wouldn't be driven enough to stay on task if they were home alone. What are your thoughts about being able to make your own schedule and the pros & cons that come along with it?

Las Vegas Short Sale Facebook Ad
Well, three weeks ago I mentioned that I posted my first Facebook Ad, so far the results are mixed, on one hand the ad (post) that I was promoting has received 26,909 views while the highest views any other non promoted post received was approximately 109, this in itself is phenomenal... Now the bad news, I haven't seen any increase in new business... I'll let it run until the end of the month and see what happens.

Busy Day
A lot of my day today was wasted on putting out fires (attending to issues on certain files) and then running around to get my State & City business licenses before 5:00pm. However, tomorrow will be different, I'm getting at least one of my new listings on the MLS and hopefully if I can get the property pictures for my second one, getting that one on the MLS as well...
